have annual bicycle race for guides and drivers (normally end of May).

Le Van
Sinh was born in 1963 and raised in Saigon. Sinh gave up his career as a
mechanical engineer in 1990. He became a hotel receptionist and a tour
guide in 1991. He founded Vietnam's first tourist cafe bearing his name
"Sinh cafe" in September 1992. Till now, Sinh cafe is a popular tour
agent for many independent travellers. (although Sinh did not gain any
profit from his name and his logo "Sinh cafe").
In
1995, Sinh quit his work at Sinh cafe, started to made his own idea for
hiking & trekking, kayaking, cycling adventure tours to Laos, Cambodia,
Mekong Delta, up to the Central highland, HCM trail and the Northwest.
There are many fake Sinhcafe in Vietnam so far, but the real man is at
SinhBalo.
SinhBalo
means Sinh-backpack. The image of Sinh with his backpack, set off on
adventure, motorbiking, trekking tours became familiar to many Saigonese
in 1992. SinhBalo
is his nickname.
