Send a booking request by email. We confirm availability, then require a 40% deposit about a month before departure (bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, or PayPal). You pay any bank fees.

• 21 days or more before departure: deposit refunded in cash.
• 7–21 days: refund unless hotels, airlines, or boats charge cancellation fees, which are deducted.
• 2–6 days: same rule, including transport and guide reservations.
• Less than 24 hours: 100% of the tour price.
