Founder of Cycling Vietnam – Le Van Sinh first career mechanical engineer, then receptionist, tour guide, Operation manager at Sinh cafe, cycling tour guides, maps maker for early Lonely Planet Vietnam travel guides 1991 to 1999 and also Rough guides. Founder of Sinhbalo in 2000, starting first bicycle fleet with 18 local mountain bikes.
Founder of cycling vietnam team in 2002 with new fleet of Raleigh hybrid bikes imported from The US. Until 2010 we had total around 160 bicycles of all kind. Mountain bikes for northern Vietnam and the mekong delta cycling tour, hybrid bikes for touring along the central coast line Hue, HoiAn to Saigon, Bangkok to Saigon via Siemreap, Phnompenh and road bikes for long ride on new Ho Chi Minh highway.
